Smart Actions - On/Off at scheduled time not working
In Kasa app for Android, I have setup two Smart Actions schedules. One to turn on and one to turn off Kasa plugs at a specified time. Plugs are on the wifi network and responding 100% correctly. Via the app I am able to consistently trigger the plugs. Neither of the Smart Actions for turning on or off at a scheduled time work.

Kasa Android app version 3.1.3
Time zone is correct.
Android 13 most current
Google Pixel 4
I have deleted both Smart Actions and rebuilt each.
I have deleted the app from the Google Pixel phone and reinstalled.
