Motion detection option not available without cloud subscription, I DO NOT WANT CLOUD SERVICES, just local SD cd. Where does it state this option is not available without CLOUD services?

How to use motion detection function of my Tapo camera in Tapo app
Can you go to micro SD Recording function and set the Recording Schedule for Continuous Recording (24-hour Recording) or Motion Detection as needed.
