Smart Actions in the kasa app Not working
The Smart Actions in the kasa app is NOT working anymore. The Smart Action was working for two months.
I have about 15 smart switches connected to the App. Various models of smart switches (KS230, ES20M, & HS200).
I have reinstalled the app, rebuilt the Smart Actions and etc.
What else can one do to fix this?

UPDATE (0220212):
1. I deleted all my Smart-Actions
2. Factory reset the smart-switches (6x HS200 and 2x ES20M)
3. Ported the switches again to the Kasa App
4. Switches were able to access the Internet
5. Under "Schedule" of each switch, I created a schedule when to switch-on and switch-off the lights.
It is now working fine.
Will test the new configuration and update if there are any issues?

Usually, this is caused by your devices not talking with the cloud. The easiest way to determine if this is the case is to disconnect from your local network and see if you are able to control the devices from off your home network. If not, it is recommended to try simply replugging in the devices, or performing a soft (5s) reset of the device to reattach the device to the cloud.

Maybe you can help me understand the section where you disconnect the device from the local network & then controlling it via home network?
Once the device is off the local network, you definitely can't control the switches as the App cannot connect to it? I am trying to understand that exercise?

Also, I noticed, if I manually switch on the specific smart switches during sunset, it does turn off as programmed when sunrise.
It does not turn on but turns off automatically.

@KiShi5618 I did the same thing and did a reset and App started controlling the switch properly.
In very short order the App started flaking out and not controlling the light properly. I nvr knew exactly the state of the light unless I was looking at it. Even after resetting the switch, the light would not go on and off as expected.

Tyr this:
1. "Restart" the Smart-Switches
2. Wait 60 seconds after the Smart-Switches comes up
3. Disassociate all Smart-Switches from your Kasa App
4. Uninstall the Kasa App
5. Important Step - Restart your phone
6. Important Step - Go to the power Main panel and switch-off the breaker(s) connected to the Smart-Switches
7. Important Step - Wait 60 seconds
8. Switch-on the breakers
9. Let the Smart-Switches come-up and start flashing
10. Install the Kasa App
11. Associate the Smart-Switches to the App
