Both of my hs210 3 way switces have started to fade on. I have no schedules or special settings on for them to do that. My firmware is up to date. There is no fade when turning off. Any idea what the problem might be?

Hi,
You can try to reset the HS210, then reconfigure it, and check if it will solve the issue.

 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Please share a video about the fade-on problem with us via private message, and you can send me a link to download the video.
2. Please let me know the model number of the device controlled by the HS210.
3. If any changes on your network and then the HS210 starts to fade on.
