Hi,

 

I bought a 3 way smart dimmer from Amazon and it throws "this device is bound to another user account", can you please help unbind it?

  @Mnjan,

On newer devices, the device is unbound from the cloud account when it is factory reset. First, try performing a full factory reset(10seconds) of the switch and see if the prompt is still there. 

 

Otherwise, get in direct contact with our support teams and they will be able to help unbind the device from its previous owner.
