  @yitsgo,

By disable, are you looking to toggle the light or plug state?

 

If so, you should be able to configure this as a Smart Action.

 

If you are looking to disable the physical buttons of the device, this is not possible - largely due to safety precautions. The best you could do is create automations that would automatically turn the plug back on /off
