Ive tried everything and looked everywhere to change the notifications/alerts to 12hr instead of 24hr time. My time stamp reads correctly but on alerts and notifications it says 14:46 instead of 2:46pm and it drives me crazy! Please help. Ive got timezone correct and my phone settings correct

I will need to check with the team to be positive, but I am pretty sure that the notifications' timestamp format cannot be changed. I would be more than happy to forward the request to the team for consideration. The ability to adjust the timestamp format on the video feed was only somewhat recently added to cameras via a firmware update, so it may be more possible now that most cameras support the 12 hour format.

Yo, fix this now. stop being lazy. I'm going to return all my cameras now if this isn't fixed. I bought the 4k camera along with other cameras from Tapo, but this is seriously dumb and worthy of returning. I'm not trolling.
