I have caught my camera moving on its own???
I have my camera installed on my ceiling in my living room/front entry way so I can see who comes in my front and back doors, and also so I know what is going on in my house. I have the C210 model, so I can view it wirelessly, even when I am not at home, and even move the camera's view as it has a 360 view around and 180 up and down. I also have the cloud servi,ce so I can have motion notifications and person detecti, and it saves it to the cloud. When I am not at home I leave the T. Ind I usually have it in the camera view because it will record and save to the cloud the movements from the tv so I can hear and see what the camera sees or hears but isn't enough movement to trigger the camera like someone sitting on the couch talking on the phone. I started noticing that the camera's view was slightly changing, such as viewing the TV, my front room, and kitchen. Then, overnight, while I was sleeping, it moved away from the front door and was facing a good portion of the wall and the side corner of my front room. Then, again the same morning (a few hours or so later) it moved ever so slightly away from the wall and into the front room, like the portion of the wall that was on the camera was smaller, best way to describe it. Then one day while I was away from home I randomly pulled up the app and opened the camera just in time to catch the camera moving from one side then go towards the other side then almost back to w. It was and it wasn't like anyone was moving it, it moved like there was a lag on the network like it move a little bit ,stopped lmovede bit more st,opped thea n little bit mo,re stoppeaen the rest of t,hen back and ever so slig, htly downwards, then stopped. My boyfriend was the only one home besides my dog, and I was watching him in the kitchen cleaning u. I I then, using my app, started to move the camera around myself to see if he had someone there that was manually moving it around or what, but no one else was around. My question is, how is this possible? I know that no one else was logged into my account because at one point when i had first gotten the camera i gave my boyfriend access to my account thru the app. If he was logged into it and i tried to log in it would kick him out and if i was logged in and then he would try to log in it would kick me out so it only lets one person be logged into it the same account at a time. I know it wasn't him because I revoked his access and changed my account password so he couldn't get into it. It is possible that someone made a separate account and put the camera on it (I have had a couple of shady roommates who have been kicked out) and is viewing it and controlling it? What could possibly cause that to happen?? I am concerned and worried, please, someone, please explain.... A,lso I do not have athird-partyrty apps or any kind AlexaexGoogle Home,oNestest, Echo Dotdot speakers or assistant programs AI ai programs to control it either.
