Smart Switches On After Power Outage

Model: Kasa HS220

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.0.8

Hello. Why would some of my Kasa smart switches turn on after a power outage, even if they were off prior to the outage? How can this be fixed?

Switch's default state after a power outage is ON, this cannot be change.
