Tapo iPhone app won't download video clips stored locally on cameras. Says "not on same network".
Downloading video clips from my cameras has worked fine in the past, but recently the app started denying the ability to download these locally stored (micros SD card) video clips to my phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max). Error message is "Unable to download clips. Your phone is not connected to the same network as your Tapo device". This occurs even when the phone and the camera are in fact on exactly the same network. I have other similar cameras at another location and get the same error message even though this worked previously without any problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I do use a VPN (Mozilla) on my phone, but that posed no problem before, and if I disable the VPN I have the same problem. Any guidance on this issue will be much appreciated!
