I installed a new C402. Everything seemed to work fine except that there is no video recording on the SD card when the motion notification is activated. Please advise what went wrong!

Hi,
The key may be that the recording settings on the camera are not configured correctly. Please refer to the instructions below to ensure the recording settings are correct.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card

If the camera has the same behavior, please confirm the following information.
1. Send me the screenshots of both the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page and the Recording Schedule page.
2. On the Storage & Recording page, please ensure the Local Recording is enabled.
3. On the camera's Detection page, what detection types are enabled, and what sensitivity value is?
