I'm at a wits end.There are only four lights, and they are solid green.The fifth light, which connects by ethernet cable to the modem, is not lit up at all

Hello @Marsha-rp44 ,

From left to right, the fifth light is Ethernet light. It represents that the LAN port has connected devices.

The fourth light is Internet light, which indicates whether the router has correctly obtained the network from the modem.
