Recently bought the BE6500 model. It was fine for a day or so. Then I updated the latest firmware. I often lost internet but wifi is still connected. How do I fix the problem? I tried changing the channels and also smart control..none help. What do I do to fix it? Should I return the router and get something else?

It seems that the internet drops after you updated the firmware, please reboot the modem and router together. Please check if the internet light turns back on.
If not, please try the suggestions of Troubleshooting: Unstable connection on the TP-Link router.
