Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I just bought this earlier this year,  to keep an eye on my dog while I'm gone. It wasn't mounted.  Just sitting in a window. She pushed it out of the window and when it hit the floor the base came off. All wires still attached.  Camera still works. But it gets stuck and I can't pan well. I know it clicks in but there has to be a trick to it.

  @Fellwentboom

Hi,
You can try panning the camera manually; if it fails, it may be a hardware issue. It's recommended to purchase a new camera if you need the pan & tilt feature.
Best Regards
