Hi, I want to know how can I disconnect service on both my cameras; this will be installed by another person at a different location, and I want to make sure they cannot access the past videos from these cameras of when they were mine.

Hi,  
You can remove the camera from the Tapo app if it's online, or press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. Then, the camera will unbind from your TP-Link account and can be bound to a new account.


If an SD card is inserted into the camera to store video recordings, it's recommended to remove it from the camera. If the SD card also needs to be sent to the new person, please format it first.
