C403 Camera Disconnecting From App
My tapo c403 has repeatedly reset itself and disconnected from the app. Any tips to prevent this from happening? The first two times it was mounted on the side of the house so I know there was no accidental pushing of the reset button, and the third time it was sitting on my couch. The third time it reset itself in less than 24 hours after getting it set back up. According to the app it is up to date.

What Can I Do if My Camera Frequently Stucks or Reboots?
If you mean the camera will factory reset automatically and need to set it up again in the Tapo app to make it work, please confirm the LED status changes on the camera during a factory reset. Has it disappeared in the Tapo app, or displayed offline in the Tapo app?

@Solla-topee When it resets itself, it disappears from the app. One time i got this error in the app. At this point I have had to re-set it up several times. The battery has been fully charged.
