Model: Tapo C200   Tapo C325WB  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.8

When switching live view to a different camera over wifi, it doesn't work most of the time lately.. It will give a message "Tap to refresh". No matter how many times you tap it, it doesn't show the live view. It will only show the live view again after closing the Tapo app.. Over mobile internet seems to be okay.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.


  1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version?


  2. How do you switch the cameras' live view page? For example, in the Tapo app > Cameras tab, tap the Manage button on a camera to open its live view page, then exit, then open another camera's live view, but do not close the Tapo app.


  3. How many Tapo cameras do you have? Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.


  4. What are your cameras' model numbers and hardware versions?
