I have two of the HS300 power strips that have been working fine with the Sense Power Monitor, until the firmware updated to 1.1.2. Now, it seems as though only 1 of the power strips will connect to Sense at a given time. Is there a way to force a downgrade to the previous firmware version, or is this a known issue related to the network drops?
As i understand, Sense is not a supported third-party by Kasa. How did you make the connection? Please note that our technical support is limited to products used within officially intended scenarios and configurations.
