I was wondering if there was a way to have my camera ring a chime to alert me of someone on my cameras?
Could it make a chime on a alexa or Google device?
My older wyze camera had a remote chime that would ding when it detected a peraon.

Hi,
If you have a Tapo hub, such as H100 or H200, you can ring the hub when the camera detects a person via Smart Action > Automation feature. Scenario 1 in the following instructions will help.
