I am stuck migrating from WEmO. I would like to create a rule that only occurs at sunset and motion is detected but because it seems to brand OR and not and it fires every time it see motion.
any suggestions? I looked at the time of the day but that is restricted to times and not diners to sunrise.

Typically, when you add an automation entry in the Tapo app > Smart > Automation page, you can select the Effective Time for the automation entry to take effect.
In your situation, you can set the trigger to "when the camera detects motion", add the corresponding action, and then set the Effective Time for the automation entry to take effect.
