D225 doorbell not detecting movement
I've only had one movement detection recording and alert in the past week. Checking my recordings, I have 4 from last July, even though I know we have the mailman drive by every week day. Why am I not seeing alerts? Why is the camera not detecting motion??

Please refer to the following instructions for troubleshooting if your doorbell camera can't detect events.
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please go to the doorbell camera's Device Settings > Detection page, and send us the screenshots of the Detection, detection zones, wake-up sensitivity, and enabled detection types pages.
2. Please manually record a video in the camera's live view page showing the events that can't be detected by the camera. Then, download the video to your phone and send it to us.
3. Is your doorbell camera battery-powered or hardwire charged?
You can upload the screenshots and video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
