I just got the c200 and it was working fine but when I come home and it detects motion it sometimes turns all the way around and stops 180° from what it's supposed to be pointed at and even though I have preset zones they don't make the camera turn back around and I have to unplug it. Any idea why this is doing this? I have motion detection it follows the dogs and goes back to Center but now that I'm home it turns around when it sees me walk by and doesn't turn back

Please refer to Q8 in the following instructions to troubleshoot the reported phenomenon.
General questions about the TP-Link camera's Pan & Tilt feature
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
  1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, send us the screenshots of the detection, detection zones, and enabled detection types pages.
  2. You can record a video manually on the camera's live view page showing the reported phenomenon, then download it to your phone and send it to us. After the camera stops tracking, please continue recording for more than 30 seconds.

 

You can upload the screenshots and video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

  @Solla-topee  I I uploaded the images to you yesterday and I have not heard back. Every time I come home my camera is facing the wall directly behind it and I'm not getting any recorded footage. The camera worked fine the first day and now everyday since there's two three and four I come home to find the camera facing the wall and it recorded nothing. I want it to follow my dogs I want it to turn a little to the left and a little to the right but I don't want it to turn all the way around and face the wall. Please look at the screenshots and I sent you and figure out why it's doing this or I have to return the camera to Amazon. Also when I click visit the community in the app it goes to the Community page and then every two seconds the font gets bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and you can't read it and you can't hit enter and you can't do anything I had to go to the Google Chrome browser

Hi,
1. I have not received any images or videos about this case. If you are in the US, it's recommended to email our technical support team for further assistance with the following information: 
  1) A brief description of the phenomenon you are experiencing. You can also attach the forum link: https://community.tp-link.com/us/smart-home/forum/topic/859142.
  2) The screenshots of the Detection settings. 
  3) A video showing the reported phenomenon. 

 

If you have sent videos and screenshots to our technical support team but have not received a reply, please let me know your ticket ID (TKIDXXXX) for checking.

 

2. I visited the community through the Tapo app and tried replying to a thread on my Android phone, but the font size didn't change. You can also report this phenomenon to the technical support team and provide the following information for further assistance:
  1) Your phone's model and OS.
  2) Your Tapo app version.
  3)  Check if you've modified or enlarged the system font on your phone. If possible, send us a screenshot of your phone's font settings.
  4) Please also provide a video demonstrating the process of the font size increasing.
