Firmware Version: 1.1.7

I noticed with the most recent firmware that my front camera no longer toggles to night mode when on auto mode. I have to manually toggle to night mode at night and then back to auto during the day for it to work correctly. I have some solar lights hitting the house but that has not been a problem for the auto mode in the past. I also have the same camera in the back yard and it appears to be working fine with the auto mode. Any way to fix this other than manually boggling between night and auto mode?

Hi,
Please provide the following information for the reported phenomenon.


  1. When the camera works in the Auto mode, please send us a picture of the camera's live view page when it should switch to night mode, but does not. You can upload the picture to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
 

  2. If the camera in the back yard has the same model, hardware, and firmware version as the front camera, you can try to swap the two cameras' location, and then test if the reported phenomenon follows the same camera or location.

  @Solla-topee Hello, just sent you a message with links to what the feed looks like with auto mode and with night mode enabled at night. I have not tried swapping the cameras yet as I'd like to try to troubleshoot before having to do that.
