Cameras are offline
The cameras are offline, blinking green then red. I have re-set them snd unplugged them. They are connected to the wifi.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. Please double-check the LED status on the camera. The solid red LED means the camera is starting up, and the solid amber LED means the camera is connected to Wi-Fi but not our cloud server.
2. Please test if your router's Wi-Fi is working.
3. If the camera has a solid amber light and the router is working, please try changing the DNS server on your router. If the camera has other LED status, you can try factory resetting it by press the reset button for 10 seconds, then reconfigure it and check if this helps.
