Very interesting article. Love the idea of being able to control and utilize numerous smart devices/sensors from a single platform (also was a nice surprise to learn about the Tapo Temperature and Humidity sensor.

Cool

I love smart devices. I'm still amazed that I can turn the lights off without having to get up from the couch. Love it.

Automation is so much fun and love bringing it into my daily life and home

Sweet

I'm alsways lookig for new products to make our home more tech-friendly as we age.

got plenty of devices and sensors scarttered but using them to the best of their capabilities is still something new to me. would be nice to have a simplified pdf sheet showing all the examples.

I have cameras inside and out, motion sensors for mail box and laudry room and a TP-Link Tapo Smart Light Switch to turn on my fan.

So many neat things it can become confusing, everything I've seen gets the temperature for the house from the internet, so far off from reality that it is not useful.

It's fun to get started messing with conditionals and rules and everything, but it can get frustrating when oversights become apparent later or conflicts in the triggers cause unwanted behavior. I wonder if we could have a user library of some kind of condition templates that could be easily flashed onto our setups.
