Connect Switch to red/white wires problem
Smart switch wires = 2 black, 1 white and 1 green. Existing wires in wall = 1 red and 1 white. Connecting white to white and red to blacks (together or separately) doesn’t work. Switch won’t operate manually or get WiFi signal. Anyone have a solution for connecting these so it’ll work?
