KS230 Blinks red after firmware update (not working anymore)
Just updated the KS230, wifi keeps blinking red. Still shows connected to Wifi but both switches don't work anymore... lights will not turn on
put back the old 3 way dimmer and works fine
I tried resetting to factory but still blinks red. All other switches at home are Ok
Any idea?

Hello @andrewghz1
Thank you for your time with troubleshooting, and glad to hear that the downgrade 1.0.10 works for you! Our team is currently investigating about this, usually there will be another firmware after cause is located, I suggest waiting for next firmware release.

Any chance you have any Mac directions? No PCs in my house, so can't use the .exe file sadly...

Had this start today with a 3-way set I installed during the first weekend of April. Flashing red, still connected to WiFi, satellite switch completely unresponsive and primary switch responding to pushes (indicator circle light turned on/off) but it did not turn on or off the load light. Initially tried updating to the beta firmware as described in this thread https://community.tp-link.com/us/smart-home/forum/topic/528900 but that didn't solve it. Only downgrading to the 1.0.10 firmware fixed it. It had been running 1.0.12 and I have not performed a firmware update/check on the switch since install so I'm not sure why it suddenly decided to flake out. Makes me wonder if the switch hardware has failed in some way that the 1.0.10 firmware just doesn't notice.
