If Kasa camera blinking green, it could due to some setup in the network affect camera to get service from cloud, you could check some advanced settings in the router and change router DNS as in the FAQ below Case 5 If you can’t get through the configuration steps
What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa Cam?
Confirm camera connect to main router , not AP or extender
Make sure VPN is off on the phone and you could try a different mobile device to set up camera.
If still the same, can I know 1> the steps you've tried 2> model of router & model and hardware version of camera 3> photo of error in the app 4> Model of phone and its Android or IOS version
