Hi we have a smart house with plugs, lights, etc. We are in a process of selling it, how can I transfer the whole account to the new owner?

We currently do not have a way to transfer an account, as the devices are tied to your email. What I would recommend is making a list of the devices and their models, then deleting them from your application. This will remove them from your account. From that point, each device would have to be reset to start the configuration process for a new TP-Link ID. 

 

Similar functionality was recently added to the Deco Networks, so I will add this as a suggestion for our Smart Home Line too
