Hi I followed all directions to set up the light bulb. At the last part of activation, where I select the right icon and name the room it is in, the process keeps loading   It has been loading for 1/2 hour!  Any ideas?

You may try to exit the setup process and return to the App home page to check whether this light bulb show up there. If yes, this device is ready to go! If you want to change device name and icon, redirect to the Device Settings to configure it. 

 

If the device doesn't appear on the App's homepage, the configuration likely failed. We recommend trying to reconfigure it, preferably by resetting the device first to ensure that any previous configuration information is removed, which can prevent further configuration issues.
