After upgrading internet speed and getting new router, all plugs non-responsive.  I unplugged and replugged.  Reset router.  No luck.  Any suggestions.

Hey @Astar,

Since you have setup an entirely new network, it is likely that you will need to reset the network settings on your smart plug, and configure the plug to connect to the new router. If you hold the power button on the device for 5 seconds, a soft reset can be done. This will only reset the network settings and will keep other settings such as the device name, room, and schedules.

 

It is only under specific circumstances that the plugs will be able to reconnect to an entirely different network and usually it is necessary that these settings to be reset/receonfigured.
