I'm curious why I can't zoom in on playback or downloaded clips. Zoom is great on live view. Seems odd, as that's usually when you'd need to zoom in and look for finer details ie: licence plate, faces, etc.... anyone else notice this?
@Jps1 - I'm having the same issue with recordings. Any solution to this? I see no articles or google hits on how to zoom in during playback. "Pinch-to-Zoom" makes it fast forward or reverse the video.
@Jps1 - seems like it is Cloud stored video that is the problem for me. I found I can zoom in on microSD card stored videos.
I contacted TP-LINK support and they just said "works for me." Not super useful.
I'd suggest you try again with a local microSD card storing the video.
