Can you get 2 l930-5 strips to synchronize as if it were a l930-10?

Hey @knotfinley,

The animations are run on the controller themselves, so it is possible to sync their settings so that they would show the same animations and behave at the same time. However, it would not be a true "sync," and they will act independently. If you have a smart hub on your network, it would be more fluid due to the addition of local smart actions, but the possibility still exists that the strips will become out of sync.

Is there a specific use case that you were looking for? If you are looking to extend the strip, this would likely not work the way that you are thinking, and would require you to fine tune the animations.

@knotfinley   Since the l930-10 isn't sold anymore I was wondering if I could use 2 l930-5s as a l930-10.  Appears that it won't work the way I want. Thanks for the info.
