Model: Tapo C100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: no idea

My cameras do not work outside the network. I get a network unstable warning and nothing works. Nest cameras work fine, but not Tapos.

I have tried from another wi-fi network and cel.

  @GuruGerry The controls on this forum are so dumb. I cant post an edit to my previous comment because I can only post once every 24hours. Wow!

I'm rethinking my choices of TP Link products. I have a TPLink router B600.

  @GuruGerry

Hi,
Usually, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

If the same phenomenon persists, you can try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it, or contact our technical support for further assistance.

Regards
