Disable sharing all and select the volumes which you need to share. Then, select all manually and rename for each volume. after that, they won't be the default names any more.

what games you are testing? if you ping C9 and 8.8.8.8, what is the latency? by the way, i think you can contact Tp-link support to see if they can troubleshoot this for you.

how many clients are connected to C1900? it could be over-load? try to disconnect several devices and keep few devices online.

you should go to DHCP--address reservation---then add a device there not ip/mac binding. they are different.
