hi Jorge, check the signal strengthen and if possible, try a different channel on the router. If still no lucks. it is suggested to contact tp-link email support.

disconnect C50 from the modem first so you can login 192.168.0.1 then change its lan ip address to something else like 192.168.2.1-save it

did you backup the settings from the old firmware? can you try reset to see if that will fix the problem?

can you actually upload something to internet using this router? if no, it is better to email tp-link support so they will follow your case
