@Ethandt If both WIFI and Ethernet are not working, then the issue may be with the ISP, modem, cable, or you have not got WAN IP from the modem. I suspect that you need to re-establish the WAN IP....

@js29123 Try bypassing the router and connect the PC direct to the modem via an Ethernet cable. Run the test and see if the ISP has IPv6. If so, then most likely is either the router or its settings.
