@Eric289 One thing to check is the dns settings on your computer as it can override the routers dns.

@Matt_Mc That is strange. I assume you are using bridge mode on the ont. Some things I would try. Power cycle after each change. power off ont and router and power on as per the user guide. Connect...

@Jammers the user guide for that router says to use the 2.5 port. Be sure you power off both the modem and router as the doc shows in the connection section of the user guide.
