@Luluhanyu If possible, take the home modem and router to the office and see if it works there. That may narrow down what may be the issue.

My 2 cents would be to reduce the number of products as TP Link has to many products. It would be easier to support, reduce overall costs, and make selection easy for the user.

@RayIam Does the router work okay without the omma in between? Does the ooma work when attached to the router? Have you tested the cables?
