@siw531 We recommended the x1 slot, but you should also be able to install the card on the x4 slot. However, if the card is not able to be recognized by the computer it will need to be on the x1 slot.

@HANSM Test other devices also connected to the router, if those work the Lennox could possibly being having DNS issues or it has a static IP configured. Try changing the network settings to DHCP.
