@AnthonyRSG Update the firmware manually through the web interface, see if it still has the same performance issues. If so, factory default the router and leave the settings default. and test again....

After setting the router for WPA2 PSK and AES, forget the network and reconnect, something may be getting cached. Not simply disconnecting and reconnecting, but to have the computer or phone forget...

@jslateiv You much have one Deco wired to the router. They all can not work only off of Wi-Fi. Here is also a FAQ that gives steps to try as well: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2239/
