@JonKong When enabling the guest network you need to disable one wireless band, so only have the 2.4G enabled, not both. The Ring device will keep jumping back and forth networks causing the drop.

@DS1 Method one focuses only on setting up the extender via Wi-Fi, and only for set up purposes. Once the extender is set up you can connect any wired device and get a network connection.

@BrandonH Download the previous version which should be 1.4.2, log into the Deco via the web GUI (link), and go into the system settings. You will then be able to upload the firmware .bin file there.
