@Temoshee That would work, the powerline would just be a glorified Ethernet cable. The signal will still broadcast the same way so the range should be the same from the extender, but the speed may...

@J-Goody If you go to Basic > Network Map > Select wired or wireless, there should be an edit button next to the name. The Antivirus, Parental Controls, and QoS are all done through the app only....

@kostaK In router mode the main needs to be wired, in AP mode all could be wired, but if only the main then the slave should work off of Wi-Fi. Have you tried swapping the nodes so the other is now...
