@Belwal You do not need to unless the app says, but you can if you would like. There is new firmware available for the Deco M9 that I would recommend updating it in order to see if that resolves it....

@Sighagain Look below the router on the sticker label, that has the info to log into the router, and the wireless password to connect to it via Wi-Fi.
