@airickm3 If the drive pulls more then .5 amps then it should have its own power supply. Also check the power supply you are using for the router is the right one.

@Jets If you go to the Advanced menu of the Deco app does it indicate the IPv6 is connected or just the IPv4? Looks like the Deco is trying to communicate via IPv6 or grab an address from the ISP.
