@brian960 Yes, it would help. Please make sure that the frequency band blocked by the Power Filter contains 0-80Mhz. Also, make sure that the Power Filter is not between any two powerline adapters.

@Mystiky In case the slowdown could be coming from the ISPs DNS servers being queried when doing a speed test. It is not something definite but something to possibly try.
