I have the Kasa KC410s and it's working great, I recently added a microSD card for recordings. But our recordings have no audio in the video. I Uninstaller and reinstalled the App still no audio.

A new EC71 camera is installed and working OK on the Kasa app. But I can't find either a printed QR code on the device or a Setup Code anywhere in the package, to add it to the Eufy Security app. Plea

It would be nice if cameras could be grouped, so that "privacy" could be toggled for all with one press. Likewise, a smartaction able to set a cameras (or group of cameras) privacy.

Can anyone tell me can I use my Model C401 without a smart phone? Can I insert a micro SD, let it configure and record and then insert SD into my computer and watch the recording?
