Mounting bracket

Please confirm for me that the c300 hp camera DOSE NOT come with a ceiling mounting bracket. And if using the wall bracket the Poe connector does not fit through the bracket hole. I want to know this

VIGI Security Manager cannot add Tapo Cameras since the username is grayed out when adding the camera, and I can't configure the camera to use 'admin' as the user. What else can I try to add them?
