  @Fae

Is hardware Offload removed or moved to another place on ER7206?

I don't find this in 5.2.4,

 ER605 still has this option

  @btx

The DHCP reservation issue was identified as a router issue, not a controller issue.

Once the Beta version of the router firmware has been finalized it should be available through an update via the controller (or in standalone mode), but is not dependent on the version of the controller software.

  @Fae Does this allow OpenVPN full tunneling capabilities? Where I can connect to OpenVPN and route all of my traffic through my home router.

Dear @btx,

btx wrote

  @Fae does this version include dhcp reservation fix?

No, I don't think so. @TandS is right, the DHCP reservation issue mentioned here is the router issue, the fix is on the router itself, which has nothing to do with the controller.

I don't find this in 5.2.4,

In fact, the ER7206 doesn't support Hardware Offload at all, so it was a fake setting.

To avoid misunderstanding, it is removed on ER7206 in Controller v5.2.

Thank you for your valued feedback! The supported Java and Mongo DB version is usually mentioned in the official firmware release note on Linux Controller. I'll add this information in the future controller firmware posts.

Omada Controller v5.2.4 (Linux) Beta here supports Java 8 (OpenJDK-8) and above version, MongoDB v3 and v4.

It's not mentioned in the release note above, so I don't think so.
