I have two questions
1 - Tapo C425 USB Adapter Cable USB-A to USB-B or USB-A to USB-C?
2 - This is another ideal charger for the camera Tapo C425?
Why these questions?
Because I live in Brazil and here the plugs are different

1. Please check the Datasheet of the Tapo C425, the camera has a USB Micro B Charging port.
2. The original power adapter's output of the Tapo C425 is 5V/2A according to the Datasheet, your power adapter can work with the camera if its output is 5V/2A.

5V, 2A ✅
The ~ after 240V, represents a problem?

We recommend using the original power adapter to power the camera, and can't promise other power adapters will work fine with the camera.
